Hailing from Wapakoneta, OH, she started in the hospitality industry straight out of high school. For nearly 8 years she dedicated herself professionally to the award-winning Howard Johnson Lima by Wyndham. Although starting as a Front Desk Associate, she quickly branched out into the food and beverage department as Kitchen & Bar Manager, where her passion for quality customer service blossomed. Her drive for new experiences, challenges, and knowledge has led her to SHCC as the new Assistant Food and Beverage Manager. She is excited about the opportunities ahead as well as the chance to provide a personalized, positive experience for the club members and team members alike. Outside of her profession, Brooke is a doting pet owner of her dog Capo and cat Anna. In her free time, she enjoys exploring nature, keeping up with the Cleveland Browns, and listening to music.
