Ben DiCarlo is one of the new Food and Beverage Managers here at Shaker Heights Country Club. He is originally from Lancaster, PA. Ben attended Niagara University (NU) for his undergraduate degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management with a focus in Private Club Management. During his first year of college, he enrolled in the Club Management Association of America Student Chapter at NU. During his time in the program, he completed internships at Rolling Rock Club in Ligonier, PA, The Country Club in Pepper Pike, OH, and Columbia Country Club in Chevy Chase, MD. After graduating in the Spring of 2020, he began working as a Food & Beverage Supervisor at Lakewood Country Club in Westlake, Ohio. Ben has constantly been surrounded by aspects of hospitality, whether in his family, friends, or work. The industry has always been something that fascinates him as there is nothing quite like it. Ben has enjoyed his journey thus far in the club industry, and is thrilled to have the opportunity to be a part of your lives here at Shaker!
